Claire's story
"I want to be working, I want the stability and to provide for my family"
While serving a sentence in HMP Peterborough, Claire used the time to undertake a Level 2 NVQ in food production and catering. Through this, she landed a placement at local hotel while on release on temporary license, and impressed them so much that she was offered a permanent job with them upon her release. She shares her story and explains how the training she received while serving her sentence led to a whole new career, and a fresh start, after prison.
