We are unable to to help you with these topics over the phone:
- If someone is in our custody, has been released or transferred to another prison - please use the Prisoner Location Service https://www.gov.uk/find-prisoner
- Prisoner numbers or dates of birth - this can only be provided directly by the prisoner themselves
- Court dates or which court they will be attending
- Release dates and times
- Booking a visit - this is done by the prisoner using the kiosk system
- Property or money queries
- Prisoner wellbeing
